If you are going to chop it off do cut A.
I say B, just because you've had similar to A before. But ONLY do B if you're ok with a really awkward growing out phase for a few months once you're done with it.

both are so cute. and i love a really short look...but i think hair a would look best! how exciting...it's always fun to get a new look!
My vote is Hair A. You rock every hairdo, even short! (which is why I cut it all those years ago :))

Are you donating all that gorgeous hair of yours? I vote B; you can always grow it into A, and really short hair is great for a super busy lady such as yourself. But, I'm partial to the short hair.
I like A, but whatever you do you will look amazing.
